About the role
n
You'll help lead day-to-day front-of-house operations and supervise shifts in a busy bistro environment.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

- Supervising and supporting the front-of-house team
n
- Leading by example in customer service and hospitality standards
n
- Coordinating the pass and supporting smooth service
n
- Using point-of-sale systems
n
- Preparing coffee
n
- Completing end-of-night takings reconciliation
n
- Handling customer needs and solving problems calmly and efficiently
n
n
About you
n
n
- At least 3 years' experience in hospitality team leadership or supervision
n
- Experience working in a busy bistro, restaurant or similar environment
n
- Friendly, confident and professional customer service style
n
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
n
- Point-of-sale system experience
n
- Pass and coffee-making experience
n
- Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
n
- Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) licence
n
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
n
- Available for an immediate start
