About the Role
n We're seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to assist NDIS participants with daily living, community access, and personal goals. This role is for a participant who requires PEG tube feeding, so hands-on PEG feeding experience is essential. Applications without it can't be considered. You will build meaningful relationships and provide high-quality support in line with individual care and feeding plans.

What You Need

n

Demonstrated experience with PEG tube feeding (essential), including feeds, medications, stoma site care and equipment cleaning

n

Medication Competency Certificate

n

Willingness to complete participant-specific PEG training and sign-off with a nurse or health professional

n

Certificate IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)

n

NDIS Worker Screening Check (current or willing to obtain) and NDIS Worker Orientation Module

n

Current First Aid/CPR

n





Victorian Driver Licence + reliable car

n

Eligibility to work in Australia

n

Clear and confident English communication skills (verbal and written)

n

Respect for client culture, lifestyle, and choice

n

Ability to work independently and follow care plans

n

Reliability, professionalism, and resilience

n
