The Role

n

Working closely with the sales team, you will provide end-to-end administrative and client support from the moment a property is signed through to settlement.
n Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Diary and email management
n
- Drafting contracts and coordinating sales documentation
n
- Managing all administration from listing through to settlement
n
- Assisting with preparing properties for market
n
- Coordinating photography, trades and other suppliers
n
- Liaising with buyers, vendors and solicitors throughout the sales process
n
- Managing the exchange-to-settlement process
n
- Preparing pre-list emails and appraisal documentation
n
- Assisting with listing presentations and selling proposals
n
- Maintaining and managing the CRM/database
n
- Providing high-level administrative support to the sales team
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Client Services Manager or Real Estate EA position
n
- A current Certificate of Registration
n
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
n
- Exceptional attention to detail
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment
n
- A polished, qualified and proactive approach
n
- Availability to work Saturdays with a weekday off in lieu
n
