Are you an experienced commercial landscaper ready to lead, inspire, and make an impact? The Softscape Team Leader is a highly motivated and experienced landscaping all-rounder looking to delivering high-quality landscape maintenance that makes a real difference.

As a SureGreen Team Leader, you'll:

n

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of your site
n
- Lead and mentor apprentices and team members
n
- Minor Construction – including mowing, hedging, pruning, general horticultural work etc.
n

The ideal candidate has/is:

- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
n
- Ideal candidate with a certificate in Landscape Construction or suitable experience
n
- Demonstrated industry experience
n
- White Card
n
- Understanding of WHS and sustainable environmental practices
n
- Open and transparent leadership
n
- Professional, passionate, flexible and approachable
