About You & The Role At CSI, we’re all about empowering people to live life their way- and our Support Workers are at the heart of that mission.

As a Support Worker, you’ll be providing meaningful, in-home support that helps clients maintain independence and quality of life. Every day is different, and your work will include things like:

Personal care

Domestic assistance

Transport to appointments or activities

Social and community support

You might also support clients with

complex needs

– but don’t worry,

we’ll give you all the training you need





to feel confident and capable.

What You’ll Need:

We’re Looking for Support Workers Who:

Hold min

Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)

Have a

genuine passion

for supporting people living with a disability

Bring

previous experience

in disability or aged care (preferred)

Own a

smartphone

compatible with company systems and apps

Hold a

current NDIS Worker Screening Check

and/or

Working with Children Check

(or are willing to apply)

Have a

Police Check

issued within the last 6 months

Hold a

current First Aid Certificate

Have a

valid driver’s licence

and a

roadworthy, insured vehicle
