Casual Educator - Uniting OSHC Greystanes Uniting OSHC Greystanes has a long-standing connection with the local community and is a welcoming place where children’s voices are heard and families feel connected.
We’re looking for a
Casual Educator
with
flexible availability
to join our friendly team. This is a
fixed-term contract , with the possibility of extension.
Our service provides Before and After School Care for up to 120 children.
Our operating hours:
7:00am – 9:00am, Monday to Friday
2:55pm – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
Your work may include:
Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities.
Documenting children’s learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes
Who we’re looking for
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or Children Services (preferred)
Experience working in the OSHC industry
Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
Completed GECKKO training
Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
You’ll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful,
and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
