We're looking for a Casual Chef to join our kitchen team. This role covers day and early evening shifts, including weekends — up to 25 hours per week, with the flexibility that comes with casual work.

You'll be:

- Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard across our day and evening menu
- Keeping pace during busy weekend and evening services
- Working closely with the rest of the kitchen and front‑of‑house team to keep things running smoothly
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
- Helping manage stock, prep, and mise en place

What you'll bring
