Job Description
NDIS Plan Manager – Accounts & Administration
n
Put your accounts and administration skills to work supporting NDIS participants
n
Join United Supports in Tuggerah as an NDIS Plan Manager, helping participants manage their funding through accurate invoice processing, budget monitoring and clear, responsive communication.
n
We welcome applicants with experience in accounts, bookkeeping, financial administration or a similar customer-focused administration role. Previous NDIS Plan Management experience is desirable.

The opportunity
n
n
- 37.5 guaranteed hours per week, Monday to Friday.
n
- Hybrid working: based at our Tuggerah office Monday to Thursday, with work from home on Fridays.
n
- Start as soon as possible, with the contract running until May 2027 to cover parental leave.
n
- $40.07 per hour + superannuation.
n
n
This is a part-time, fixed-term employment contract with the weekly hours specified above.
n
What you will do
n
n
- Review and process invoices, resolve discrepancies and submit NDIS claims in line with participant plans, available funding and NDIS requirements.
n
- Monitor participant budgets and expenditure, identifying potential over- or underspending.
n
- Support participant onboarding and plan renewals, maintaining service agreements, consent forms, funding arrangements and accurate records.
n
- Respond to participant, family and provider enquiries by phone and email, keeping clear records and following up payment or claiming issues.
n
- Assist the finance and administration team with accounts payable and receivable, Xero data entry and related tasks.
n
- Handle confidential information carefully and follow our policies, procedures and Quality Management System.

What you will bring
n
n
- Experience in Plan Management, accounts, bookkeeping, financial administration or a similar customer-focused administration role.
n
- Accuracy, attention to detail and confidence working with financial information.
n
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and confidence using databases and financial systems.
n
- The ability to organise your workload, meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
n
- Transparent, respectful communication and a positive approach to supporting people with disability.
n
- Discretion when handling sensitive information and working rights in Australia for the duration of the contract.
n
n
NDIS knowledge, Plan Management software experience, Xero skills and a relevant bookkeeping, accounting or business administration qualification would be highly regarded.
