About the Role

n

We are seeking a Store Business Manager to lead our Myer Cairns Brow Bar and retail business in a full time capacity (38 hours per week). Reporting into the Regional Retail and Education Manager, you will lead by example as the ultimate Brand Ambassador, driving commercial results while motivating and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities

n

Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience

n

Drive sales performance, achieving targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

n

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including sales reporting, stock management and visual merchandising

n

Deliver in-store product training and execute new product launches and promotional activity

n





Act as a positive role model, embodying Benefit's brand values and service standards

n

About You

n

A confident, energetic leader who thrives in a customer-focused retail environment

n

Passionate about beauty, services and team development

n

Proven experience in driving sales performance and managing KPIs

n

Strong organisational and communication skills

n

Approachable, inclusive, and not afraid to think outside the box

n

Holds Beauty Therapy qualifications

n

Willing to undertake waxing training

n

Full Australian working rights

n

Available to work in key trading periods, including weekends and late-night shifts
