General Labourer / Bollard Installer / Core Driller

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on General Labourer / Bollard Installer / Core Driller to join our growing team.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable using tools and equipment, and wants to develop practical skills across construction, bollard installation, concrete works and warehouse operations.

About the Role

Your responsibilities may include

- Core drilling concrete and other surfaces for bollard installations
- Installing and fixing security, safety and traffic bollards
- Concrete preparation, mixing, pouring and finishing
- General labouring and construction support
- Using power tools, core drills and other site equipment
- Site preparation, clean-up and material handling
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Warehouse support, including organising stock and equipment
- Assisting with deliveries and site logistics
- Following site safety requirements and procedures
- Working as part of a team across various commercial and construction sites

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work




- Practical and mechanically minded
- Comfortable using power tools and construction equipment
- Willing to learn core drilling and bollard installation techniques
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Safety-conscious with a positive attitude
- Holds a current Australian driver's licence
- Construction experience is highly regarded
- White Card is required

Experience with core drilling, concreting, bollard installation or construction is highly regarded, but training can be provided for the right person.
