The RoleAs General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management and performance of the business. Working closely with the CEO, you will translate the company's strategy into action, lead our people, manage operational performance and ensure each department is working effectively towards common business objectives. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and being accountable for results.

You will have visibility across the entire business and will be expected to identify opportunities, solve problems and continually improve the way we operate. This is a full time role based at the Company's Head Office in Caringbah NSW.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day running and overall operations of the business.
- Lead, manage and develop staff across all departments.
- Set and monitor KPIs, targets and performance expectations.
- Work closely with the CEO to implement business strategy and growth initiatives.
- Drive sales, profitability, productivity and operational performance.
- Identify issues, make decisions and take ownership of solving problems.




- Improve business systems, processes and efficiency as the company grows.
- Monitor budgets, expenses and key financial and operational metrics.
- Ensure strong customer, distributor and supplier relationships.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and staff performance.
- Ensure departments communicate effectively and work towards common goals.
- Oversee key projects and ensure priorities are completed on time.
- Maintain a high-performance, accountable and positive workplace culture.

About YouYou will ideally have experience in a senior management position within a growing SME, wholesale, retail, distribution, consumer products or similar environment.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Focused on accountability,



results and continuous improvement.
- A leader who can motivate a team while also having difficult conversations when required.
- Comfort with modern business tools and software (e.g. Shopify, CRM platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a growing, fast-paced global brand environment.
- You’ll have a great sense of humour and enjoy having a laugh with the team, while maintaining the professionalism, leadership and accountability expected of a General Manager.
