Mighty Spatial, Sydney

Mighty Spatial builds spatial applications and digital twins for renewable energy, mining and construction. We are turning work away. We are hiring our first developer to stop doing that.

You will build the applications engineers open to make decisions worth millions. Context, design and BIM in one view, the spatial analysis already run, interoperability by default, the numbers that matter beside it, clear enough that nobody asks how to use it. Your work goes in front of users the week you build it.

You should be able to ship in roughly a third of the time most competent GIS developers think possible. That is not a figure of speech. We work inside AI rather than beside it and it writes most of the code. Directing it is the easy half.



Catching what it gets wrong takes real spatial depth, and that is what we are hiring.

Required: robust spatial fundamentals, ArcGIS Experience Builder or Cesium in production, and evidence that people use what you build. Design sense counts for more here than anywhere you have worked. CAD, BIM and survey data will be in your hands daily.

Expect a higher bar than your last job and much faster feedback.
