A genuine full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Retail Manager to join a pizza store supply-chain business in Newcastle, NSW.

The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day management of retail operations, stock and supply coordination, customer service, staff supervision and maintaining efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily retail and store operations
- Coordinate stock, inventory and supply requirements
- Supervise and support staff
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Assist with ordering, receiving and managing stock
- Monitor sales, expenses and operational requirements
- Assist with staff rostering and workplace procedures
- Ensure workplace health, safety and compliance requirements are followed
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Support the business owner/management team with day-to-day operational matters





About You The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant retail or management experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and coordinate staff
- Valuable understanding of retail operations and stock management

Salary & Employment
- Full-time position
- $28 per hour basic pay rate, subject to applicable employment conditions and entitlements
