About the job The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Supply & Logistics Planner to own the physical execution of Archies' global supply chain – factory production, inbound freight and 3PL performance – as our SKU range, order volumes and regional footprint keep growing.

Our Global Demand and Supply Planner currently owns both the strategic planning work and this day-to-day execution. That's no longer sustainable as we scale. Your role is to take on the execution side – factories, freight, 3PLs – so planning gets the focus it needs, and so the business isn't carrying a single point of failure on business-critical logistics.

You'll report to our Head of Supply Chain and work closely with our Global Demand and Supply Planner, picking up planning and forecasting responsibilities when they're on leave.

Today, we're one of Australia's fastest-growing footwear brands, shipping through multiple factories, freight lanes and 3PL partners across our expanding wholesale and e-commerce business. Current ranges and SKU growth, alongside rising revenue and unit volumes, mean more purchase orders, more shipments and more complexity moving through our supply chain every month.

We're now looking for a Supply & Logistics Planner who can help us execute reliably at that scale.

What You'll Own

- Monitor factory capacity and production milestones, track purchase orders and expedite delays before they become problems.
- Coordinate freight bookings, shipping documentation, container schedules and customs clearance, maintaining accurate ETA reporting.
- Own our global 3PL relationships – receiving performance, inventory variances, stock transfers and warehouse KPI reviews.




- Support wholesale stock management as our retail footprint keeps growing.
- Contribute to ongoing process and systems improvement across factory, freight and 3PL operations.
- Provide planning cover for our Global Demand and Supply Planner during leave – forecasts, replenishment plans, purchase orders and S&OP; inputs.

About You

You're someone who takes ownership without being asked twice, and who stays calm when a factory slips or a shipment gets stuck at customs – your instinct is to solve the problem now and figure out how to stop it happening again, not just patch it. You're comfortable working independently across time zones with factories, freight forwarders and 3PL partners, and you'll naturally build the kind of trust with our Global Demand and Supply Planner that makes stepping into their seat during leave straightforward.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- 3–5 years' experience in supply planning, production planning, procurement, international logistics or inventory management, ideally in eCommerce, retail or consumer products.
- Hands-on experience coordinating factories or suppliers, purchase orders and international inbound shipments.
- Practical experience with an ERP or planning system – Cin7 Core, Shopify and Power BI experience highly regarded.
- Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PLs across multiple regions.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret inventory, freight and warehouse data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and disciplined follow-through on purchase orders, shipment milestones and planning exceptions.
- A continuous-improvement mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure without losing accuracy.

The role is based in our Melbourne CBD office, four days per week in-office.
