Your first year? Well, we want you to get a taste of all things digital so you can become an all-rounder in our technology team, but we want to be honest: as a grad you will do admin, updating content on websites, loading photos, doing the stuff that's important and a little bit repetitive, because that's how you learn. We just didn't want to oversell it. So if you're ready for immediate start, we want to hear from you.

So what can you expect?

- Update client profiles and websites (WordPress) and Google Business accounts.
- Learn the fundamentals of Google Ads and start learning about AI ranking and advertising.
- Report on campaigns, optimise and audit clients — basically, getting your hands dirty.
- Use tools like Google Ads, Analytics and Supermetrics.
- Manage time, tasks and expectations like a pro (or learn how to, fast).

What we're not expecting: You to be a digital expert from day one.
