About the role

Reporting to the Group CFO, you'll work closely with our founders, executive team and leaders across the group. This role goes well beyond producing budgets and monthly reports. You'll help translate strategy into financial plans, build the frameworks we use to understand performance, and create the reporting and analytics capability that allows our businesses to make smarter commercial decisions.

You'll work across finance, operations, product, technology and commercial teams, connecting financial performance with the operational drivers behind it.

Key responsibilities

- Own and continually improve budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecast processes across the group

- Partner with the Group Head of Finance and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into clear financial targets

- Develop financial models and commercial business cases for new initiatives, investments, partnerships, technology projects and potential acquisitions

- Undertake pricing, margin, profitability and scenario analysis to identify opportunities and challenge assumptions

- Provide clear commercial recommendations to senior leaders based on financial and operational performance

- Build greater financial discipline and accountability across the group

- Develop and improve group reporting, dashboards and business intelligence capability

- Build scalable and increasingly automated reporting solutions that provide timely visibility of financial and operational performance

- Work with tools such as Power BI,



Looker or similar BI platforms to turn complex datasets into clear and usable insights

- Establish meaningful KPIs and reporting frameworks across different businesses and functions

About you

- CA, CPA or equivalent qualification

- 5 years' experience across FP&A;, commercial finance, strategic finance or a similar role

- Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability

- Experience building or improving FP&A; processes and reporting frameworks

- Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large or complex datasets

- Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Looker or similar

- SQL and/or Python capability would be highly regarded
- The ability to communicate complex financial and data insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders

- Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively
