- 8am - 8pm rotating roster
- Permanent Full Time position (Onsite)
- Bachelor/Certificate/Diploma of Business, Commerce, Banking or Finance preferred

What you'll do:

- Respond to customer and business partner enquiries via telephone, email, and webchat.
- Produce customer correspondence within agreed service levels and quality criteria.
- Resolve customer complaints in accordance with our Internal Dispute Resolution team.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Actively self-manage performance and engage in coaching and training to improve performance.
- Adhere to policies, standards, and procedures to mitigate risk and meet regulatory guidelines.

Wh****at you bring:

- Previous experience in a call centre environment is desired, but not essential
- Bachelor of Commerce / Finance / Business is beneficial - candidates with degrees in alternative disciplines are also encouraged to apply!




- Excellent communication skills across various channels including telephone, email, and webchat.
- Ability to adhere to shift schedules and task rosters.
- Proficiency in producing high-quality customer correspondence within agreed service levels.
- Experience in resolving customer complaints or escalating them as necessary.
- Commitment to continuous improvement activities.
