Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Nerang, Gold Coast

Days: 1–3 days per week

About the role The Junior Graphic Designer supports the day-to-day execution of CENDRÉ's visual identity across digital, social, ecommerce, email, campaigns and brand touchpoints. Working closely alongside our Creative Coordinator/Graphic Designer, this role is perfect for someone early in their design career who has a strong eye for fashion and branding and wants hands-on experience working within a fast-moving fashion brand. This is a highly collaborative and execution-focused role where you'll help bring creative concepts to life, adapt campaign assets across different channels and support the wider marketing team with the consistent rollout of the CENDRÉ brand.

Key responsibilities

- Support the creation of digital assets across CENDRÉ's marketing channels

- Design website banners, landing page assets and ecommerce graphics

- Create EDM and SMS campaign graphics

- Assist with social media graphics, stories and campaign assets

- Resize and adapt campaign creative across multiple platforms and formats

- Support the creation of paid social advertising assets

- Assist with lookbooks, presentations, invitations and other brand collateral

- Maintain consistency across typography, layout, imagery and overall brand presentation

- Work within established CENDRÉ brand guidelines while continuing to develop your own creative eye

- Assist with the rollout of campaign creative from concept through to launch

- Prepare and export assets for website, email, paid media and social

- Support product launches, promotions and key brand moments

- Assist with image selection, cropping, retouching and basic image manipulation





- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver creative within campaign timelines

- Help maintain an organised library of design files, campaign assets and templates

About you

- A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field, or currently be completing one

- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- A positive understanding of typography, layout and composition
- An eye for current fashion, design and social media trends

- Basic image retouching skills

- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work across multiple briefs and deadlines
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
