The Role

You own the creative engine behind our paid media. Not in a figurehead way - in a real, day-to-day, the-numbers-are-yours way.

Day to day, you'll be:

- Designing still and motion assets for paid social, display and programmatic campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and digital
- Producing 16+ assets per week across video and static formats, each rolled out across multiple sizes and specs
- Building structured creative variation sets for A/B testing with the Creative Performance Specialist
- Using performance data to sharpen hooks, lift CTR and drive conversion improvements week on week
- Turning campaign briefs into multiple visual concepts - not one safe option, but several strong ones
- Proactively bringing creative opportunities to the table based on platform trends and competitor activity
- Applying Hommey brand standards across every paid environment - you hold yourself to a zero brand error standard
- Staying curious about AI-assisted design tools and sharing what you find with the team

Who We're Looking For





We want someone who defines what great looks like - not someone who waits to be told.

You're the right fit if you:

- Have 3+ years in digital or graphic design with a paid social and motion portfolio you're genuinely proud of
- Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro and Figma
- Have real experience designing for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and display campaigns - and you understand what actually moved the numbers
- Think about performance creative principles - hooks, CTAs, creative fatigue - not just aesthetics
- Can manage multiple briefs at once without dropping the ball - self-directed, organised and reliable

Even better if you have:
- Experience inside a DTC brand, digital marketing agency or growth-focused e-commerce setting
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools or automation workflows
- An understanding of ad-to-page visual continuity and how it affects conversion
- A genuine curiosity about where platforms and formats are heading - and how to get there first
