We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Guest Services Agent / Front Office Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.
The Role
You will assist with all areas of Front Office, including:
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Phone, email and accommodation enquiries
- Reservations, payments and guest accounts
- Promoting accommodation and hotel services
- Guest requests, feedback and complaint handling
- Front Office administration
- Working closely with Housekeeping and other departments
- Supporting the smooth and safe operation of the hotel
About You
You will ideally have
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organisation
- Reliability and flexibility
- Confidence working independently and in a team
- Good computer and administration skills
- Professional personal presentation
Previous hotel reception or reservation system experience is highly regarded, but strong customer service experience in hospitality, retail, travel or tourism will also be considered.
Availability
You must be available for a rotating roster including:
- Weekdays
- Weekends
- Public holidays
- Morning and afternoon/evening shifts
You must have the legal right to work in Australia.

Pay: $34.96 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 22.5 per week
