Solid Surface Fabricator – Workshop & Warehouse

Jacaranda Kitchens is looking for an experienced Solid Surface Fabricator & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team based in Clontarf.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who has solid surface fabrication experience and enjoys being organised, practical and taking ownership of the day‑to‑day running of a busy workshop and warehouse.

You’ll be responsible for fabricating quality solid surface products while also coordinating the movement, storage, packing and dispatch of materials and completed orders.

You’ll be responsible for fabricating quality solid surface products while also coordinating the movement, storage, packing and dispatch of materials and completed orders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Solid Surface Fabrication

- Fabricating, joining, sanding and finishing solid surface products
- Manufacturing benchtops, splashbacks, vanities, counters and custom components
- Working from shop drawings, specifications and job requirements
- Cutting, routing, polishing and finishing solid surface materials
- Carrying out detailed fabrication and ensuring a high-quality finished product
- Identifying and resolving practical fabrication issues
- Maintaining a clean,



safe and organised fabrication area
- Assisting with loading and preparing completed orders for delivery or installation

Warehouse & Stock Coordination

- Overseeing the day‑to‑day organisation of the solid surface warehouse
- Receiving incoming solid surface sheets, materials and associated products
- Checking deliveries against orders and reporting any discrepancies or damage
- Safely unloading, moving and storing stock
- Maintaining organised stock locations and ensuring materials are easy to locate
- Monitoring stock levels and communicating when materials need to be reordered
- Moving stock between storage, fabrication and dispatch areas
- Picking and preparing materials for production
- Packing solid surface orders securely and correctly for delivery
- Preparing completed orders for installers, delivery drivers and customers
- Coordinating outgoing orders to ensure everything required is ready and accounted for
- Keeping warehouse and dispatch areas clean, safe and organised
- Using a forklift to load, unload and move materials safely

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, reliable and takes pride in their work.

You will ideally have:





- Previous hands‑on experience in solid surface fabrication
- Experience with materials such as Corian, Staron, HI‑MACS or similar
- The ability to read and understand shop drawings
- Valuable attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- A current Forklift Licence with high level of forklift experience
- Good organisational and time‑management skills
- The ability to safely handle large and heavy materials
- A practical, problem‑solving approach
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
- Good communication skills
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety
- A current driver’s licence
- Truck Licence (LR) Highly regarded

Experience with thermoforming, CNC machinery, site joining and installation would be highly regarded.
