We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and loves seeing their work come to life on shelves across Australia.

Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in designing high-impact retail packaging, product branding and marketing assets while helping shape the future of our creative team through emerging AI technologies.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Design packaging across a wide range of retail categories
n
- Create artwork for seasonal launches and everyday product ranges
n
- Develop product branding from concept through to print-ready artwork
n
- Produce marketing collateral including catalogues, POS, digital assets and promotional material
n
- Work closely with Category Managers and Product Teams to bring new products to marketPrepare production-ready files for suppliers and manufacturers
n
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple product ranges
n
- Use AI-powered design tools to improve creative workflows and productivity
n
- Contribute ideas that continually improve our creative processes
n

n

What we're looking for

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- 3-6 years' experience in Graphic Design
n
- Experience designing retail packaging (highly regarded)
n
- Experience in FMCG,



wholesale or retail environments
n
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
n
- Strong typography, layout and branding capability
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
n
- A proactive mindset and willingness to adapt in a fast-moving business
n
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to collaborate across teams
n

n

Bonus points if you have

n

n
- Experience using AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT or similar
n
- Experience preparing artwork for overseas manufacturers
n
- Photography or content creation skills
n
- Motion graphics or video editing experience
n
- Understanding of print production and packaging specifications
n
