About the Role
- Scheduling appointments and managing changes with flexibility.
- Coordinating interstate and international travel for our team.
- Maintaining accuracy in CRM systems and data entry.
- Handling outbound calls and telemarketing to assist with sales.
- Providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Prioritising tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Applicants must have unrestricted Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
What We're Looking For
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Experienced in administration (2+ years), ideally with scheduling exposure.
- Confident with time management and balancing competing priorities.
- A professional communicator, both on the phone and in writing.
- Someone who thrives in building relationships and solving problems.
