Job Description

MacKellar Group is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join our Nyngan mine operation on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Brisbane, with accommodation and meals provided. The role focuses on promoting a robust safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements, and coaching frontline leaders.

You will work with site leadership and operations to implement safety initiatives, investigate incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining relationships
