Residential & Commercial Property Paralegal

About the role

Spire Law is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential & Commercial Property Paralegal / Conveyancer to join our team, working from one of our Sunshine Coast offices. This full-time position is a crucial role in supporting our commercial and property law practice, providing valuable assistance to our clients, and commercial and property law teams.

What you’ll be doing

Preparing and progressing residential and commercial property legal documents, including contracts, seller disclosure documentation, and correspondence.

Assisting with residential and commercial property matters, including subdivisions and related documentation and processes.

Supporting electronic conveyancing, e-lodgement and stamping processes, including preparation and collation of supporting documents and managing lodgement workflows.

Subject to requirements, having the day-to-day responsibility for residential and commercial conveyancing files.

Maintaining and organising client files, precedents, and databases with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Liaising professionally with clients, agents, financiers, and other legal professionals.

Providing high-level administrative and matter management support to the commercial and property law team.





Developing and maintaining expertise in relevant areas of commercial and property law and practice processes.

What we’re looking for

A Commercial & Property Paralegal with private practice, in-house, or community management experience.

Demonstrated experience (or strong working knowledge) in:

seller disclosure; and

subdivisions; and

e-lodgement and related service platforms.

High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using legal software and technology, and related service platforms.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a client-focused mindset.
