Challenge Community Services in NSW is seeking a PSP Practice Specialist to provide specialist practice advice, coaching, training and support across our Permanency Support Program (PSP).

You will work with casework, carer compliance and supervised contact teams to strengthen practice quality, review case plans and deliver training. You will contribute to research, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting children, young people and families.
