As a Technical Specialist based in the Adelaide CBD , you will bring your expertise to a role that helps the Department for Child Protection (DCP) deliverthe work thatmatters. You will have the opportunity to contribute to different initiatives, collaborate with experienced professionals and maintain the systems and services that help DCP make a difference in the community.

You will be responsible for:

- Resolving complex technicalissues across desktop, server, network andcloud environments
- Supporting cloud platformssuch as Azureand AWS, alongsideWindows and Linuxservers
- Planning and assessingIT infrastructure tomeet current andfuture business needs
- Identifying opportunities to improve IT systems, services and waysof working
- Collaborating with usersand external providersto resolve issuesand deliver newIT services.

About you:

- You bring strong technical expertise across enterprise infrastructure, server platforms and endpoint management
- You can analyse IT problems, identify solutions and provide responsive technical support
- You have experience delivering hardware and software rollouts and upgrades across large, distributed organisations
- Your background includes supporting enterprise infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments
- You communicate effectivelywith stakeholders andcan develop cleardocumentation, proceduresand support materials.
