This is a part time 1 day per week, Friday Receptionist role at Masterton Homes head office located in Warwick Farm. As the Friday Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team and clients.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner

Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence

Assisting with the coordination of appointments and meeting schedules as require

Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

Adhering to company policies and procedures

Be available to work from 8am to 5pm every Friday & as required during Annual leave and sick leave during the week.





What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service-focused role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

A commitment to providing high-quality customer service

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and during times of annual leave
