Deliver high-quality frontline customer service Respond to incidents,



including medical and emergency situations Monitor safety risks and complete accurate incident reporting Assist with crowd management and conflict de-escalation Support centre operations and emergency response procedures What you'll need

Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Control endorsement Current First Aid and CPR certificates Excellent communication and customer service skills Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster Professional presentation and a customer-focused attitude Why join Trident?
