Service Centre Specialist

to work on a trade counter for a role located in

Rocklea.

This role will see youengaging with customers, booking services, ordering parts, customer handovers in a trade based service counter position. It’s the perfect blend of administration and customer service. This will be an ongoing position after a short Labour Hire trial period and will not be suitable for those holding a Working Holiday or Student Visa. If you’re organised, customer-focused and enjoy keeping things moving forward, we’d love to hear from you. Do you have experience with the following?





Previous experience in a similar customer service trade counter role; Basic sales and customer follow ups; Parts interpretation, working product knowledge; Support demonstrations, handovers and customer education; Ability to understand customer needs and offer practical solutions. Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system; Valid drivers licence; Robust organisation and time-management skills; Ability to work well within a busy team environment.
