As Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a hands‑on role in ensuring event‑day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll coordinate logistics, oversee staff, and support the preparation and execution of events. A key component of the role is the coordination of a 15‑person team, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and high performance across all areas.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate event-day operations, logistics, and setup

Schedule and manage staff, ensuring explicit direction and coverage

Support preparation of facilities and operational areas ahead of events

Assist with administrative and operational tasks leading up to event days

Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders while remaining professional and impartial

Ensure a consistent, high standard of event delivery

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in operations, events, hospitality, or team coordination

Confident and resilient,



with the ability to manage staff firmly and professionally

Strong organisational and time management skills

Clear communicator with the ability to give direction and maintain control in a busy environment

Demonstrated ability to remain impartial and fair when working with multiple stakeholders

Comfortable adapting to changing schedules and priorities
