About the role:

- Work closely with a highly regarded partner and advise on some of Australia’s largest Commonwealth agencies on major projects and complex commercial matters
- Your work will span Commonwealth procurement and contracting, technology and intellectual property arrangements, major commercial projects and broader corporate advisory matters
- Advise on corporate governance, structuring, transactions and regulatory compliance, providing exposure to a sophisticated mix of public and private sector commercial work

The ideal candidate:

- Senior Associate with 4+ years PQE with strong Corporate & Commercial experience




- Experience gained within a reputable commercial law firm, government practice or comparable environment
- A genuine interest in Commonwealth Government projects and commercial transactions
- Solid commercial contracting, drafting and advisory skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence dealing directly with sophisticated government and corporate stakeholders
