We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Club Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operation and growth of the club. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the fitness industry and play a key role in developing a successful and engaged gym community.

About the Role

As Club Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day management of the club.

You will lead from the front, ensuring members receive an exceptional experience while driving membership sales, retention and club growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the club
- Leading, training and supporting the club team
- Recruiting and onboarding new staff when required
- Setting and monitoring staff KPIs and performance
- Driving membership sales and achieving club targets
- Managing leads, enquiries, follow-ups, tours and current memberships
- Building strong relationships with members and the local community
- Improving member retention and reducing cancellations
- Handling member enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
- Ensuring the club is clean, organised, safe and presented to a high standard
- Managing club administration, systems and reporting
- Monitoring membership and financial performance
- Assisting with promotions, events and local community marketing
- Creating and overseeing social media content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Appearing in and encouraging staff to participate in Reels, TikToks,



Stories and promotional content
- Staying up to date with social media trends and finding new ways to promote the club
- Building relationships with local businesses and community organisations
- Helping develop a strong and positive club culture
- Identifying opportunities to improve the member experience and overall club performance

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is confident, energetic, accountable and willing to lead from the front.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous management, sales, customer service or fitness industry experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confidence speaking with members, prospects and staff
- A strong sales and results-driven mindset
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently and take ownership
- The ability to motivate and hold a team accountable
- Confidence using gym management and computer systems
- A professional and approachable personality
- A genuine interest in health, fitness and helping people
- Confidence creating and appearing in social media content
- The ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to the club
- Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings and weekends when required





Fitness qualifications are advantageous but not essential for the right candidate.
