We are seeking a customer service orientated assistant for our hair & beauty warehouses in Newcastle.

A background in the hairdressing industry is essential.

You would be joining a company, which has over 30 stores nationwide and sells all the major brands in the hair and beauty industry. With approximately 6000 sku’s our business has a diverse range of products.

To be successful you must:

- Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.

- Be organised and demonstrate excellent time management skills.

- Have experience in sales.

- Have a great eye for detail.

- A hairdressing background is essential as these products are the main focus of the business

Key responsibilities include:

- In store sales,



assisting with customers in person and by phone.

- Picking, packing and invoicing orders.

- Restocking shelves and displays.

- Housekeeping and maintenance of the store.

- Assisting with general administration duties

Full training will be provided on systems/procedures and core brands.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
