As the trustee for the FitzroyCrossing Trust, Leedal supports six local Indigenouscorporations, ensuring responsible management of keycommunity assets and businesses. We are actively seeking 3 Handypersons to work with us.

This role is available for a four-year period, commencing in December 2026. The hourly rate will be in accordance with the HospitalityIndustry (General) Award (MA000009), Level 3.

The position operates on a seven-day rotating roster, which mayinclude weekend shifts. List of Duties • Completing minor repairs and maintenance

- Fitting shelves, hanging pictures, and installing window locks
- Undertaking basic gardening
- Minor repairs to equipment
- Paint and fill gaps on walls, sidewalks, staircases etc
- Identify and report the need for major repairs Requirements of the role • Commitment to following established procedures and healthand safety practices
