About the role The Maintenance Technician role includes works across a broad range of areas. You will be practical, reliable, and enjoy being part of a outstanding team, with a mix of outdoor work, problem solving, and keeping sites looking their best.

Key responsibilities

- General carpentry and cabinetry
- Wall fixtures - TVs, shelving, cupboards
- Small patching and painting
- Locks - basic install and repairs
- Small tiling repairs
- General property maintenance

About you

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Handyman/Maintenance role
- Broad Handyman/maintenance knowledge and skill set
- Own hand tools
- Own steel cap footwear
- Ability to use smartphone to access the job management system
- Current manual driver's licence
- Construction – White/Blue Card
- Be willing to undergo a Police Check
- Hold (or willing to obtain) a Working with Children Blue Card
