Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for HC+ Truck Drivers based in the Greater Sydney Area, focused primarily on new truck relocations. Day-to-day responsibilities include safely operating heavy combination vehicles, relocating new trucks between dealerships, depots, customers, and fleet locations according to scheduled routes and timelines. Drivers will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, manage loading and unloading as required, and ensure vehicles and documentation meet applicable road safety and compliance standards.





The role involves coordinating with dispatch and logistics teams, following company procedures, and providing professional, courteous service to customers and partners. Drivers are expected to maintain accurate records, adhere to all relevant regulations, and contribute to a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

- Valid HC or equivalent CDL Class A license and demonstrated truck driving experience with heavy combination vehicles.
- Experience with safe loading, unloading, and handling of trucks and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of DOT or relevant road transport regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to operate trucks and related vehicle systems safely in varied conditions.
- Clean driving record and commitment to road safety and risk management.
- Ability to read and follow schedules, manifests, and basic transport documentation.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site in the Greater Sydney Area.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in fleet, dealer, or logistics environments is beneficial.
- Physical ability to perform inspections and manual tasks associated with truck relocations.
