- Saturday: 11 AM until close
- Sunday: 11 AM - 5 PM

Description: Russo Estate Winery is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team. This role is integral to our operation, as the Head Bartender will be responsible for providing exceptional drink service with confidence in handling both drink dockets as well as customers, as we are a premier venue known for our restaurant, weddings, and various events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mix and serve cocktails with both speed and accuracy, along with a variety of other beverages.
- Knowledge on how to operate a 2-group coffee machine and how to make all standard coffee orders.
- Conduct regular weekly stocktakes and efficiently manage the ordering of bar supplies.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and soft drinks to assist and advise customers.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced setting, especially during busy restaurant hours, weddings, and events.




- Comfortably handle monetary transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Operate and manage the OrderMate POS system efficiently.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a bartender, with a strong ability to mix a wide range of cocktails.
- Knowledgeable about different types of wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Experience in making a variety of coffee drinks.
- Familiarity with stocktake procedures and efficient ordering of bar supplies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with experience in handling busy shifts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable with handling cash and processing payments.
- Experience with the OrderMate system is highly advantageous.

Job Type: Casual Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
