About the Role

AsHead Chef, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute a fresh, creative menu that focuses on premium ingredients and pub classics. You’ll be responsible for leading a dynamic kitchen team, ensuring top-tier food quality, and maintaining efficient kitchen operations.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality venue
- Strong leadership and team management skills including staff training
- Ability to manage stock, costing, and kitchen operations efficiently
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in both food quality and presentation
- Experience with high volume function catering
- Experience with rostering and wage costs
- Experience writing menus
- Strong focus on WHS practices within the kitchen
- Must be available to work peak season
