Drive execution within Australia’s top e-commerce ecosystem, backed by a culture of rapid experimentation and test-and-learn agility.
Key Responsibilities

- Hands-On Campaign Orchestration: Manage the annual, quarterly, and weekly operating cadence. Draft detailed briefs, manage workflow dependencies, and oversee campaign delivery across media, creative, and digital channels.
- Content & Creative Production Delivery: Lead content production workflows from briefing to asset delivery. Partner closely with the Creative Director to ensure campaign assets are distinctive, commercially aligned, and delivered on schedule.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with the Head of Media and Head of CRM & MarTech to integrate campaign messaging across performance media, retention channels, and content streams.
- Team Leadership & Delivery: Mentor and direct direct reports in brand, social, and content, while personally driving key projects, troubleshooting operational bottlenecks, and ensuring campaign execution standards.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Commercial Marketing Track Record: Proven background in growth, commercial, or GTM roles, with demonstrated success in high-volume e-commerce or digital retail environments.
- End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Demonstrated ability to manage full-funnel marketing campaigns, taking projects seamlessly from strategic concept through to briefing, asset production, and execution.
