Falls Creek Alpine Resort is seeking a Head of Visitor Experience to lead visitor engagement, marketing, partnerships and frontline visitor services during a 7-month parental leave chance.

In this senior leadership role, you'll drive visitor and marketing initiatives, build strategic partnerships, lead a passionate team, and help shape the future of one of Australia's most iconic alpine destinations.

What you'll bring:

✔ 6+ years' experience in destination tourism, marketing or visitor experience

✔ Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

✔ Strong commercial acumen and project management experience





✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
