We are currently seeking a part-time permanent staff member to join our Health, Safety and Wellbeing team based at our offices in Sunshine.

The role

If you're passionate about creating safe, healthy and thriving workplaces, we'd love to hear from you. Reporting to the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator, we are seeking a new team member that has:

- Three plus years of experience in a health and safety advisory role, supported by relevant qualifications and a strong understanding of contemporary safety practices.
- A genuine passion for health, safety and wellbeing, with the ability to influence, engage and build trusted relationships that foster a positive and proactive safety culture.
- Demonstrated experience providing practical, fit-for-purpose safety advice and solutions, balancing legislative compliance with operational needs to achieve effective business outcomes.




- Strong technical capability in risk management, including developing and reviewing risk assessments, designing safe systems of work, coaching stakeholders, and developing and maintaining health and safety policies, procedures and documentation.

To be considered you will have:

- Three (3) plus years of experience in an OHS advisory role with appropriate supporting qualifications.
- Demonstrated passion for OHS with the ability to promote a proactive and positive safety culture.
- Demonstrated ability to provide practical, fit for purpose safety solutions, whilst ensuring that legislative and business requirements are not compromised.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and reviewing risk assessments, designing safe systems of work and mentoring stakeholders.
