About the Role

Home Care Bundaberg is seeking caring and reliable individuals to support clients in their homes with everyday tasks, companionship and community engagement. If you enjoy helping others and want to make a positive difference, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Home Care Worker, you will:

- Provide companionship and social support to clients.
- Assist with household tasks, including light cleaning, meal preparation and shopping.
- Support clients with transport to appointments and community activities.
- Help clients maintain their independence, confidence and wellbeing at home.

This role is ideal for someone who is caring, dependable and enjoys supporting others. You'll bring a positive outlook, strong values and a commitment to enhancing the lives of those you assist.

Our ideal candidate

- Has a caring nature, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrates reliability, flexibility, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Holds, or is working towards, a Certificate III in Individual Support.
- Holds a current driver's license and a reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle suitable for work purposes are essential for this role. (Reimbursement of $0.96 per KM is provided for use of own vehicle)
- Holds a current Police Check or is willing to obtain one.




- Hold a valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
