About The Roles:Due to significant growth we currently have numerous permanent positions across our Mt Magnet and Dalgaranga operations, and as well as our new Rebecca Roe project. These positions will be permanent opportunities working on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth.

- Emergency Response Coordinators
- Emergency Services Officers
- Senior Health and Safety Advisors
- Health and Safety Advisors

Experience Required:

Emergency Services:

- Certificate IV in Health Care or equivalent pre-hospital care qualification
- Certificate III in Emergency Response & Rescue including BG4
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (preferred)
- Strong understanding of site emergency procedures, risk management and incident response protocols
- Experience as an Emergency Response Coordinator or Emergency Services Coordinator within mining
- Familiarity with INX systems — InControl, InFlight, and Intuition (preferred)

Health and Safety:





- Solid experience as a Health and Safety Advisor or Senior H&S; Advisor role in mining
- Exposure across surface and underground mining operations, with processing experience highly regarded and/or projects experience.
- An ICAM qualification and real experience leading investigations
- Tertiary Qualifications in Health & Safety or a related discipline.
- Experience using INX, or a similar safety management system
- A current West Australian C Class (manual) driver's licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance
