Are you a master of the flame with a passion for Mediterranean flavors? We are looking for a skilled, versatile Chef to join our kitchen team. This isn't just a job behind a grill; it’s a multi-faceted role for a skilled who thrives on variety and takes pride in every plate that leaves the pass.

The Role

You will be the heartbeat of our kitchen, primarily responsible for our authentic charcoal grill. When you aren't managing the coals, you’ll be an essential part of our daily rhythm, assisting with high-quality prep and stepping up to lead the Larder or Main Pass during service.

What You’ll Do

Command the Coals: Manage high-volume charcoal grilling with precision and consistency.

Section Versatility: Seamlessly transition between the Grill, Larder, and managing the Main Pass.

Preparation: Execute daily prep tasks to our high standards of freshness and flavor.

Quality Control: Ensure every dish meets our authentic Greek specifications before it hits the table.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:



Minimum of 4 years in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen (similar roles preferred).

Skillset: Proven experience with charcoal/wood-fire cooking and a strong understanding of kitchen flow.

Flexibility: Must be available for a mix of day and evening shifts.

Temperament: A team player who remains calm under pressure and possesses the leadership "eye" needed for the Pass.
