Site Supervisor - Multi-Residential Townhouses

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of multi-residential townhouse projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, to a high standard and in accordance with programme. This is an opportunity to join a hands-on, locally based business where decisions are made quickly, quality matters, and you will work closely with the directors and construction team.

Key responsibilities

- Managing all site activities from commencement through to practical completion and handover
n
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, trades and suppliers
n
- Driving the construction programme and maintaining project momentum
n
- Ensuring workmanship meets company standards, approved documentation and relevant building requirements
n
- Managing site safety, housekeeping and compliance
n
- Conducting quality inspections and managing defects throughout construction
n
- Coordinating deliveries, materials and site logistics
n
- Liaising closely with project management, estimating, consultants and company directors
n
- Identifying and resolving construction issues before they impact programme or quality
n
- Maintaining accurate site records and reporting on project progress
n

About you

n

- Proven experience supervising townhouse, medium-density or multi-residential construction
n




- Robust knowledge of residential construction methodology and sequencing
n
- Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills
n
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
n
- The ability to manage programme, priorities and multiple work fronts
n
- Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and site compliance
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Confidence working autonomously while remaining part of a close-knit team
n
- Relevant QBCC qualifications/licensing and construction industry credentials
n
- Current driver's licence
n
