Position Summary:
n The primary role is to coordinate and manage all areas of supply and demand planning, with a focus on S&OP; (Sales and Operations Planning), forecasting, reporting, and systems/procedures development. Your work ensures optimal inventory availability, supports key stakeholders, and drives operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities / Area of Responsibility

S&OP; Process

n

- Work closely with sales, supply chain, and product managers to optimize inventory.
n
- Partner with Key Account Sales Managers to understand market demand.
n
- Manage weekly/monthly S&OP; processes to deliver accurate business insights.
n
- Analyze market demand and contribute to ERP/supply tool improvements.
n

n

Demand Forecast

n

n
- Execute demand forecasts feeding into supply planning.
n
- Manage forecasts based on S&OP; exception processes.
n
- Maintain and update related documentation and procedures.
n
- Perform other duties as directed by the PSI Manager.
n

Go-To-Market (GTM) Analysis

n

n
- Analyze sales trends by key account.
n
- Monitor inventory and sales performance.
n




- Understand sales/demand requirements for key accounts.
n

n

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Operations, Logistics, or Business.
n
- 1–2 years' experience in supply/demand planning, with exposure to SCM, Sales, and Marketing.
n
- Advanced Excel and Word skills.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
n
- Excellent time management, coordination, and organisational skills.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Conversational level Korean language proficiency is required for this bilingual position.
n
- Intermediate business level Korean language proficiency is essential to effectively communicate with stakeholders and support operations.
n
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this role.
