About the Role

n

Kids Patrol is seeking a passionate and experiencedChild Care Worker / Room Leader to join our team on a full-time basis.

n

This role involves supporting the development and wellbeing of children while delivering high-quality early childhood education programs in line with theACECQA framework.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Provide high-quality care and supervision for children

n

Plan and implement educational programs aligned with theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

n

Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing

n

Maintain a safe and compliant environment

n

Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff

n

Contribute to documentation and observations

n





Skills & Experience Required

n

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

n

Minimum 1-2 years experience in a childcare setting

n

Strong understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards

n

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

n

Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

n

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

n

Position: Full-Time (38 hours per week)

n

Salary:$77,000 - $82,000 per annum + superannuation.
