We are currently recruiting multiple Process Workers / Production Operators for permanent full-time positions with a well-established bakery and food manufacturing business based in Silverwater.

n

We have multiple vacancies available across Day, Afternoon and Night Shift and are looking for reliable, hardworking people seeking secure, long-term permanent employment.

Available Shifts & Permanent Pay Rates

n

- Day Shift: 5:00am - 1:30pm | $30.92 per hour
n
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm - 9:30pm | $35.56 per hour
n
- Night Shift: 9:00pm - 5:30am | $40.20 per hour
n

About the Roles

n

As a Bakery Process Worker / Production Operator, you will be involved in the manufacture, processing and packaging of bakery and food products.

n

Your duties may include:

n

n
- Mixing and preparing bakery products and ingredients
n
- Following recipes, formulations and production procedures
n
- Operating and monitoring bakery production machinery and equipment
n
- Weighing and preparing ingredients
n
- Packing and preparing finished bakery products
n
- Setting up and cleaning production equipment
n
- Completing production records and batch sheets
n
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
n
- Monitoring product quality and food safety requirements
n
- Cleaning machinery, equipment and production areas
n
- Maintaining high factory hygiene and housekeeping standards
n
- Following Food Safety, GMP, allergen and CCP procedures
n
- Manual handling and lifting bags weighing up to 25kg
n




- Rotating through different bakery production and packing duties
n
- Working closely with Leading Hands, Supervisors and other production team members
n

To Be Considered, You Must

n

n
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with unrestricted full-time working rights
n
- Be available for permanent full-time employment
n
- Have no restrictions on your ability to work full-time hours
n
- Have previous bakery, food manufacturing, process work, production or packing experience - highly regarded
n
- Be physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
n
- Be able to safely lift up to 25kg
n
- Be comfortable working in a quick-paced bakery production environment
n
- Be able to follow written recipes, procedures and verbal instructions
n
- Have good English communication skills for workplace safety and operational requirements
n
- Be reliable, punctual and committed to long-term employment
n
- Have a strong focus on food safety, hygiene and product quality
n
- Work effectively as part of a team
n
