We are looking for a highly skilled Assistant Manager who is passionate about all things health, fitness & wellness to join a large operation of 24 hour health clubs and lead our Forest Lake location.
This is your chance to join an experienced team, and continue to own the further growth of this club. This is a Casual position with all training provided. If you have strong experience in Sales/admin or the Fitness Industry, a passion for growing yourself, helping others, & are naturally creative and cutting-edge with marketing and sales strategy then this is the role for you!
This position is perfect for someone who is looking to get a foot in the door in the Fitness Industry or studying and looking for a great job and community to be part of whilst studying.
The clubs we own are very community-oriented & we are searching for someone with the unique ability to actively engage with members, managing all day to day tasks around memberships and communication. The club offers state-of-the-art facilities, including a massive functional training area, multiple group fitness rooms and a full group fitness offering, Sauna, Personal Trainers, Recovery Tech and loads more. This is an opportunity that doesn't come up often.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a casual position with an immediate start available or as soon as able.
- Innovation and strategic marketing to drive membership growth
- Managing Client communication and service
- Maintaining gym standardsinline with WHS & OHS Policies
- Owning the social media strategy for the club
ABOUT YOU
To be considered it is preferred you have the experience of managing the day-to-day operations of a busy health club or similar field, with a proven track record in growing and driving sales. This role will enable you to take the step up you are looking for, practice an ownership mindset daily and be rewarded for your efforts. You will have:
- Health and fitness sales and marketing experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Own car and open license
- Certificate 3in Fitness desirable but not compulsory
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR
- Tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce are advantageous.
